We had an amazing experience with them during our Leh trip. Our driver Iqbal was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the local routes and attractions. Our vehicle Innova Crysta was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our long journeys enjoyable. We always felt safe, and he was courteous and accommodating throughout the trip. I had a very disappointing experience with Nature Travel Connect. The service did not meet the expectations that were promised, and I felt misled throughout the process. It seemed like the main focus was on collecting money rather than providing quality customer service or delivering what was advertised. Communication was poor, and the support provided was not helpful when issues arose. Based on my experience, I would advise others to research carefully and ask for everything in writing before making any payment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Our experience with Nature Connect was very disappointing. We paid extra for a balcony room but were initially given a standard room. Thankfully, the management at French Windows Hotel upgraded us and provided excellent hospitality. The hotel itself was wonderful. Whole process were planned by iqra. I will never suggest to take booking by her. From the moment we arrived, there was poor coordination. The driver didn't know our hotel location, the travel team was unresponsive, and the sightseeing itinerary was not as promised. The biggest disappointment was the houseboat. We were promised Sayba Palace but were shifted to a low-quality houseboat that was nowhere near the 3-star stay we had booked. Since we were traveling with children, this made our stay even more difficult. The promised one-hour Shikara ride was also cut short, and the team stopped answering our calls whenever we needed help. On the last day, the driver even refused to continue until the remaining payment was made. The only positive part of our trip was French Windows Hotel and its helpful staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Nature Connect due to poor management, broken promises, and lack of customer support.
