Had a wonderful experience with this travel agency during our Kashmir trip! We used their cab service to explore beautiful places like Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam and other nearby destinations. The entire journey was smooth, comfortable and well organised. The driver was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the local places and routes. We recently completed a 5-day Kashmir trip with Nature Connect, and overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. Initially, there was some confusion regarding the hotel arrangement, as we did not get French Windows, which had been promised earlier. However, Ms. Afiya, our coordinator, handled the situation very well. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and constantly in touch with us throughout the trip. Her support and coordination were truly appreciated. A special mention to Ms. Iqra from Nature Connect, who made the initial arrangements for our tour package. The hotel arranged on the first day was not up to our expectations, mainly because of the last-minute arrangement. However, the accommodation on the following days was excellent. Our stay at Hotel Hayat Inn, Pahalgam, on the fourth day was particularly remarkable. The hygiene, cleanliness, food, and ambience were all excellent. Ms. Afiya even upgraded our room complimentary, without us requesting it, which was a very pleasant surprise. Our houseboat stay was also very nice, with clean and neat rooms. The only minor issue was that the food could have been better in terms of taste. We cannot complete this review without giving a special mention to Mr. Shabir Bhai, our cab driver. He was extremely experienced, efficient, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. Every morning, he would arrive almost half an hour early and patiently wait for us in the vehicle. He was not just a driver but also acted as our guide and a great support throughout the trip. He helped us in many ways during the journey, always making sure that we were comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy every place without any difficulty. By the end of the journey, he felt less like a driver and more like one of our own.. The only negative point was the cab provided to us. The vehicle was a little old, and the seats were not very comfortable, with inadequate cushioning. A vehicle with more comfortable push-back seats would have made the long journeys much more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very good experience with Nature Connect and thoroughly enjoyed our Kashmir trip. Their coordination, support, and willingness to resolve issues deserve appreciation. We would definitely recommend Nature Connect to others planning a Kashmir trip. Overall, we had a good experience with nature connects travel. The trip was well organized. A special thanks to our driver shabeer. Who was very helpful, puctual and drove safely throughout the journey. However, we faced some issues with the room accommodation. Apart of the room related problems. We had a wonderful experience with Nature Connects during our Kashmir trip. The entire journey was very well organized, and the service was excellent. The driver was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The staff were also very supportive and made our trip comfortable and memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful places we visited in Kashmir. If you want to mention the old vehicle politely but honestly, you can write: The overall trip was good and the staff and driver were cooperative. However, the vehicle provided was quite old and could have been better maintained. For a long Kashmir trip, a newer and more comfortable vehicle would have made the journey much better.
